After a long hiatus, we are back blogging! We started this blog when the pandemic first hit and once lockdown measures were lifted, we were eager to travel and see family and friends again. As a result, blogging took a back seat. Not to mention, our family grew by two since the pandemic and we constantly have two little ones running around keeping us busy. Now that they are in daycare, we have a bit more time to return to the world of blogging.
We will be making some changes to our blog content as we move forward. We will be writing more about our personal experiences and perspective on real estate in Toronto as we see it happen. The real estate market is constantly changing and sometimes the news doesn't capture every angle. Lily will be blogging more about what she sees day-to-day as a licensed real estate agent helping tenants find a home and helping landlords find qualified tenants. Dennis will be blogging more about sustainability and some tips and tricks to make homes more energy efficient.
