We'll showcase your rental property to prospective tenants and act as the point of contact for inquiries and applications to make sure your units are filled quickly. We'll list on MLS where more than 73,000 Toronto real estate agents have access. For greater reach, we'll also market on Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji and PadMapper. We'll conduct a rigorous screening process to verify all information from prospective renters. Once you have found the right renter, we'll draw up then necessary paperwork for the lease agreement.

Finding a house or condo to rent can be overwhelming. We can help you navigate the rental market in South Etobicoke and help you identify the neighbourhood, whether it be Mimico, New Toronto or Long Branch that best suit your lifestyle. We will work around your busy schedule to view properties of interest listed on MLS and once you have found a place you like, we will negotiate the price and terms of the lease on your behalf. This service is absolutely free for tenants.
